What is Instachart?

Instachart is a tool that transforms a dashboard sketch or wireframe into a working Luzmo dashboard. Take a picture of a dashboard sketch via webcam or upload a screenshot to transform it instantly into a working Luzmo dashboard.

Who builds Instachart?

Instachart is built by the team at Luzmo.

How does Instachart work?

We use AI technology to recognize abstract shapes and objects in uploaded images, convert them into working dashboards using Luzmo's Composable Dashboards and auto-generate demo data for the case.

Is Instachart free to use?

Using Instachart is free for public dashboards and public datasets. If you want to edit the generated dashboards, upload datasets that contain private data or want to use real-time connections to databases or APIs, you can do so by creating a Luzmo account which comes with a free 10-day trial.

What can Instachart generate?

Instachart can recognize most chart types and interactive filters in Luzmo's chart catalog, (handwritten) dashboard and chart titles and labels, data colors, etc. Experiment with handdrawn sketches and screenshots or mockups from dashboards.

Can I trust Instachart dashboards?

Dashboards are created using AI technology which may in some cases generate unexpected or incorrect results. Dashboards are backed by demo datasets that are autogenerated to fit the context or subject matter of the dashboard, but from which no conclusions should be derived. Instachart is provided for demo purposes only.

What does Instachart do with my data?

Uploaded images and dataset metadata (like column names and types) are used for dashboard generation. Instachart may also use uploaded images and datasets to improve the AI model and dashboard generation results.

Instachart has not been trained on Luzmo dashboards created by our users. We only process user data according to the instructions of our users.
